Best/Cheap Telephony integration in ZohoCRM? (United States)
For customers who have telephony integrated into their ZohoCRM, can you recommend a telephony company to our small 3-person US-based company?
Is there a company that ZohoCRM is designed to work best with? One that doesn't cost an arm and a leg to use or require specific hardware to use?
Things we'd like the service to do:
- Call out and receive calls in ZohoCRM
- Log Calls in ZohoCRM
- track Calls in ZohoCRM
- Send SMS messages from a computer
- integrate with mobile phones if possible (Optional)
Above all, we need or want the cheapest option that does all these. Any ideas?
PS. I am already aware of the telephony list https://www.zoho.com/telephony/provider-lists.html. I'm looking for personal recommendations. Thx!

Zoho Creator and Zoho CRM are integrated with each other, enabling you to synchronize data between them. This is done by fetching records from CRM into a Zoho Creator form. In order to achieve this, you'll have to configure a workflow alert in Zoho CRM.
