To provide some context:
- We are using almost all zoho one products (zoho books, campaigns, crm, sales iq, forms, subscription etc)
- We are b2b and using contacts/accounts module together with the product detail module
- We sell online marketing products with subcriptions
- We have a large customer base (30k+)
Main challenge:
We add new products and product add-on all the time so we need to stream line our way of working around up-sell and cross sell on current customers via phone. (email will be different challenge).
Wishes:
- Effective and easy (manual or automated by business rules) selection process within customerbase based on criteria like product end date, active product portfolio (gap), customer value, website engagement, and so on. Also good to exclude customers based on active deal, last contact moment to avoid too much calls. These customers should get flagged or put in a campaign so it's clustered.
- Up to date Insights on progress in closed deal value and call progress of the campaign.
My first thought on set-up
- Use the contact module for selection
- Put selection into zoho campaign module to track sales value progress
Issues:
- Information on contact module is minimum. For example - there's no information from product detail module in to filter properly.
- No blueprint for zoho campaign module so standardized calling is less easy doable
Someone experience with this challange or has ideas for a set-up / way of working?
