Hello everyone,

I think all finance apps, especially Zoho Books, would benefit from the following suggestions/ notes:

1. Grouping Fields in Zoho Books:

Unlike Zoho CRM, Zoho Books does not seem to have an option to create sections or group fields. This results in a confusing UI with potentially overwhelming modules.
Is there any way to group fields in Zoho Books to make the interface more user-friendly?

2. Conditional Layout Rules:

Our application and Zoho Books, in general, would greatly benefit from conditional layout rules similar to Zoho CRM.

For example:

- If there is a dropdown with values (1, 2, 3, 4, 5), then:
- If the user selects "1," show fields A, B, and C.
- If the user selects "3," show fields X, Y, and Z.

This feature would help users see only the relevant fields at any given time, improving usability.

Handling Large Dropdown Values:

In some of our projects, we have integrations with intenational Protocols or local goverments. Some of the values we must send to them are from a very large dataset that the user must choose. For instance, one of the dropdown fields in can contains over 3000 values. Zoho Books doesn't allow to have in a dropdown with so many values.

What would be your suggestion for managing such a large dataset in Zoho Books?
