Big Issue with Fields Remaining
We've recently switched to zoho sign and we've been getting a lot of customer complaints or issues.
The biggest one right now is:
if I leave required fields blank and try to click finish, it pops up with the red box but it takes me back to the last field I was working - whether or not that field is complete - instead of taking me to the field I need to complete.
I have had multiple clients get stuck cause they get the pop up and it takes them to a field that appears to be complete and don't know what to do (they don't think to look for other fields apparently).
Docusign, DropBox Sign, etc all take you to the problem field or have a "next field" button so you can jump through the fields real fast and find the one you missed.
