Big Problem after Changing Bug-Ticket Layouts to Projects
Hey ZOHO-Team,
we have just started to cleanup our old Bugtracker Layouts and merge them to just a couple of layouts. After that we have (of course) some "Status & Workflow" Entries which are not longer needed. So we start customizing them by deleting and matching them to other statuses.
After finishing the cleanup we want to save this new Status Layout and ZOHO Projects
Create atleast one closed status
But we have of course a closed status as you can see attached. We are not able to save this. We also tested it with not changing any fields - and the system shows the same message.
We really need immediate help with this - all of our 200+ Projects have now many statuses which not belong to this projects.
