Bigin Android app update - Deep linking
Hi everyone!
In the most recent update for the Android version of the Bigin mobile app (v1.6.8), we have introduced support for the below mentioned functionalities:
i) Deep Linking: Deep Linking in Bigin offers a seamless and efficient way for you to navigate directly to specific sections within the app. This feature allows you to bypass the general landing page and land directly on the specific module, enhancing overall accessibility and saving valuable time. This user-friendly functionality ensures a more targeted and personalised experience, optimising your interactions with Bigin for increased productivity.

ii) Talk to us
You can now contact the Bigin technical support team by dialling the toll-free numbers displayed within the mobile app, pertaining to the four countries (USA, UK, Australia, India).
If you're calling from a region not covered by the mentioned four, you can access the 'Request a Callback' option. This will direct you to a webpage where you'll be prompted to provide the necessary information for a callback. Once completed, the designated support representative will promptly get in touch with you. Additionally, you can reach out to us by using the 'General Support Inquiries' or 'Submit Feedback' options.
iii)Join our webinars
Using the 'Join Our Webinars' feature, you can now directly register for Bigin webinars from within the mobile app.
