Blank screen when editing email content on survey campaign process

Blank screen when editing email content on survey campaign process

I am trying to set up a survey campaign with a reminder loop.  I can add the process block for the survey campaign, I can add an email template but when I click next I just get a blank screen. If I go out and back in I still get the blank screen.
