Bookmark your spreadsheet

Here is how you can bookmark your spreadsheet. This could be useful when you want to open a spreadsheet by default as soon as you sign in or to create bookmarks for several of your spreadsheets.
  1. Open the sidebar using File -> Open (Ctrl+O) or the sidebar handle on the left

  2. Right click on your file listed under My Sheets. You will be presented with the browser's contextual menu.

  3. To bookmark a file:
    1. On IE, select 'Add to Favorites...'
    2. On Firefox, select 'Bookmark This Link'

  4. To copy the link to the spreadsheet:
    1. On IE, select 'Copy Shortcut'
    2. On Firefox, select 'Copy Link Location'
    3. On Chrome, select 'Copy link address'

  5. To open in new tab:
    1. On IE, select 'Open in New Tab'
    2. On Firefox, select 'Open Link in New Tab'
    3. On Chrome, select 'Open link in new tab'
Note: When you bookmark the link to a spreadsheet and then access it without signing in to Zoho, you will be presented with the login screen where you will have to login to your account.
