Bug: Cannot Accept Invites

I'm using Zoho Calendar via CalDAV on Thunderbird/Lightning.

When I receive an invite via email in Thunderbird, I can click "ACCEPT" and the meeting syncs fine with the Zoho calendar as expected.

However, the created calendar event does not list me as an attendee (although I clicked "accept") and no confirmation email for the meeting is sent (i.e. the organizer of a meeting will not know that I accepted a meeting).

This odd behaviour only just popped up a few weeks ago. It used to work flawlessly before.

I tested this on two PCs. Also tested this with other calendars in Lightning. The described behaviour appears with the Zoho calendar only. All other calendars on Lightning send confirmation emails as expected and properly list me as an attendee to a meeting.

Additional info: I'm on an European account (Zoho.EU) if that matters. The CalDAV URL I use reads like this:
calendar.zoho.eu/caldav/Calendar-ID/events
