Bug: Editor shortcut keys no longer work in Firefox 65

Bug: Editor shortcut keys no longer work in Firefox 65

Issue GWZ1044

Firefox just updated to version 65, and now several keyboard shortcuts in Zoho Wiki WYWIWYG editor no longer work. In short, these keys are being grabbed by Firefox, instead of being sent to the editor.
  • Ctrl-B and Ctrl-I invoke Firefox Bookmarks panel, instead of applying bold or italic to the selected text.

  • Ctrl-U invokes a new View Source tab, instead of applying underline.

  • Ctrl-L, R and J all invoke Firefox functions instead of editor functions.

  • Tab and Shift-Tab move the focus for other parts of the UI, instead of indenting or unindenting list items.
These functions see to work in newly-updated Chrome 72.
