Bugs - some fields in Job Opening and Candidate Module not working

Hello,
there must be some kind of a bug in the system.
Some fields are not working when we want to fill them in.

1. Job Openings Module
when entering an Account Manager to a new Job Opening, it offers a list of possibilities/names, however when we click on one of them, nothing appears in the field. When the Job Opening is saved, the name is finally there. It just does not appear when creating the Job Opening

2. Candidates - fields concerning location (ZIP Code and State/Province)
  1. Zip Code and State/Province fields offer possibilitiies/auto filling only when in Edit mode, not when directly entering data on the Candidate Card
  2. when entering the Zip Code in Edit mode, it offers options, however when clicking on of them, nothing happens, the option does not finally appear in the field, only what we fill manually
  3. when filling in the State/Province field in Edit mode, the same what happens to Zip Code field happens, however the valud does not stay there
  4. when filling in the State/Provice field first, before the Zip Code, the Zip Code fills in automatically, however the values do not stay there
