We’re thrilled to announce an improvement for our Zoho CRM Enterprise users: the ability to create custom AI solutions using Catalyst’s QuickML directly from Zoho CRM.

As you may already know, Zia, Zoho CRM’s AI-powered assistant, offers incredible predictions and recommendations to improve customer relationship management. However, some users have faced challenges in handling advanced requirements or maintaining control over their data for custom AI tasks. To address this, businesses often leveraged Catalyst’s QuickML—a platform enabling custom machine learning models.

Previously, using Quick ML required exporting CRM data into Catalyst, which was time-consuming and cumbersome. Now, by integrating with Catalyst, QuickML capabilities can be accessed directly within your CRM environment.
