I need help building a system inside Zoho to judge awards.
I think Zoho has all the right "plumbing" but it's hard to know how to hook the pipes together.

The system I envision has 2 parts...

1. Collecting entries
I want to build a form or a Creator application (or something) for collecting entries (all entries would be either audio or video files).

I want people to be able to log on to our website, submit multiple entries by filling out a form with a subform so they could submit multiple entries at once, upload their audio or video files into a Workdrive folder and collect payment (it costs money for each entry). Then notify me when I have a new entrant. Make sense?

At the end of the submission process, I'd want Zoho to know person A, submitted entries in categories 1- 2- 3- 4, for a  total dollar amount of X, and be able to pull reports on everything.

2. Judging the entries

I want to assign people as judges and assign them categories to judge.

So they need a way to log on, pull up the categories they've been assigned, judge them by giving them a rating, mark them as judged, and communicate back when they're through judging.

When do the judging process I'd want Zoho to know who judged what, where they're at in their judging process, who was the winner in each category.

I want Zoho to track all this; how many injuries we've gotten, in which categories, who's paid, send out automated emails, track who has been signed what to judge, send the judges automated emails, etc.

There are so many ways to do this inside Zoho I'm looking for some insight as to what would be the best way.
