Need two forms, one to enter buyer property criteria and one to enter property specifics. Then a twice daily search that queries buyer needs with properties and sends me an email for each buyer that has property(s) match with the matches. Property/buyer data will be pretty simple, less than ten criteria. Need to set expiration date for each buyer and each property. Would also like to have a "close match" results that shows results even if not exact match. Right now, app will be for one user (me) plus assistant to enter data.
