Calendar Sync with Outlook 2010 Time Zone Problem

Is there any update for when you will have a plugin available to sync Zoho Calendar with Outlook 2010? I've seen posts from as long as two years ago that state it is near completion and ready to launch. Office 2013 is getting ready for launch and we still don't have a plugin for Outlook 2010.

I have had some limited success with the Outlook 2007 plugin for Outlook 2010 but currently my appointments sync but not the times. If I first enter the appointment in Zoho calendar the sync goes fine, but if I enter it in Outlook first then after syncing, the Zoho entry is 5 hours ahead of my Outlook.  I have confirmed that Outlook, Windows 7, and Zoho Calendar all have the same time zone setting (EST).
