Information on the call result screen can be organized better.
Call Subject and
Call Description are the two most important pieces of information. They should be at the very top of the screen.
Call purpose, call result and billable below that.
Most of the other information should be at the very bottom of the screen since it will be rarely modified.
Call result should be a customizable
list of outcomes similar to purpose. It should be used for "Left Voicemail", "Set In Person Appointment", "Closed Sale", etc.
