I am a Zoho Campaign User. With Marketing Automation's upgrade and apparent improved workflow and stability I would like to move from Campaigns to MA.

But I have a weekly newsletter that I don't want to disrupt and to set up MA with all the processes may bridge over the week.

In the past it was not possible to have Campaigns and Marketing Automation and it required Zoho Support to get into the back-end and do the swap manually.

Is this still the case?

What is the process of moving from Campaigns to MA?
