I have set up contact scoring, contact classification and a scores view in campaigns
I have the contact score and campaign member status syncing back to the CRM
I would like to use either the contact classification criteria or the criteria established in the scores view to allocate a status to a contact which will then sync back to the CRM.
Is this possible ? Is it only Contact Score and Campaign Member Status that can be pushed back to the CRM - so I can't have another field populated via campaigns which pushes to the CRM ?
I have run campaign contact reports and can see the score but cannot see where with either the 'contact classification' or the scores criteria has been allocated so assuming there is no completed field for me to sync with. In the scores view I can mass update a field to add this status manually but this seems to freeze.
The other option would be to use the contact score within the CRM and set up a workflow to allocate the status but unless the score is allocated via the CRM scoring rules this also does not seem to work.
Any advise much appreciated.
