We are building a 'Campaign Management' database, which is essentially like project management, with projects, tasks, user roles, and task assignments. Our data model is fully built out, and we have the basic forms and views mapped out. The app is available for sharing to qualified developers, and we can setup a GoToMeeting to walk you through requirements in detail. Specific requirements: 1) We have an HTML portal page where we would pull data from 4 different forms and put it all together. We need to be able to pass a parameter (companyID) to the portal page, and then have the 4 different forms filter results from the 4 different tables based on that parameter. 2) We would also like some relatively minor tweaks to the UI, e.g. currency formatting, column alignment, etc. 3) We want to be able to automatically calculate start dates and estimated completion dates for all projects, based on a project tasklist template, with estimated durations for each task. This must be 'resource leveled', such that any given resource is not assigned to more than 35 hrs of work per week 4) we need to setup security/access restrictions for different user types/roles 5) setup automatic weekly email notification to individual users of their upcoming tasks for the next week, and overdue tasks. 6) we have some other graphing/reporting requirements (e.g. 'glide path to project completion', but need to discuss what is possible/practical with you before mapping these out. Location of resources is not important. We are used to working with remote developers via daily scrum meeting via GoToMeeting/VOIP.
