Can documents created from the files tab in a Connect Group be shared with external collaborators?

Can documents created from the files tab in a Connect Group be shared with external collaborators?

We have groups within our external Connect network where members from within the group need to be able to create and collaborate on files with external stakeholders (not members of our Connect External Network). Is that possible from the Files tab within Groups in an External Zoho Connect network?
