Can i make a rewards annoucments in zoho crm from zoho motivator like gamescope?

Can i make a rewards annoucments in zoho crm from zoho motivator like gamescope?

Hi,
before zoho motivator
i had gamescope and i could be able to make annoucment to each of my salesman 
when they get a badge or they have more 3 meeting to create for getting a badge?
how can i do this in zoho motivator?
