Can I set specific users to see the Zoho CRM Contextual Gadget for Gmail

Is there a way to specify which users in our organization can see the Zoho CRM Contextual Gadget footer? For the majority of users it just gets in the way. It would be nice to have the footer shown only to our sales & marketing teams.
