can I share to domain users with a free wiki account?

It's not clear HOW to actually do this - each user needs to register their email w/ zoho?

I see 3 users are free, but does that include simply allowing people to view the pages?

Please advise so I can tell users how/whether to sign up for this so I can share pages.
