Can no longer invite attendees to a calendar event

Can no longer invite attendees to a calendar event

I use Apple Mac, and I could always invite attendees within the calendar invite.  The option is now gone.  In the video you'll first see an old event which has invitees and then i'll show you a new event and I cannot select invitees: https://capture.dropbox.com/IyXPL6ThQQQQK70B
