Can't sync leads and contacts between iPad and database

Hi,

I purchased crm several days ago. In the beginning, I found that some meta data is Chinese but I preferred English, so I modified the list as English in your website. It really took times. However, I found that it doesn't work in the iPad due to I have to reset the app.

However, I have had imported many leads and contacts from the address book in iPad, it doesn't sync with the online database! How could it be !?

I wrote mails and called, but no answer yet.

I'd like to as for help but I can't signin by my crm account, the instruction said I should use portal account (what's that?)
Followed up the instruction, go to Setup page but can't find "customer protal" label...

I'm really very frustrated...
