Can the Zoho Marketing Hub and Campaigns team tell me what the plan moving forward is?????
Hi Zoho Marketing Hub and Campaigns teams,
Can you please tell us how we should proceed for the short and mid term future in our digital marketing and lead nurture activities?
I am a small business owner and have been a Zoho user for about 9 years. For most of that time I have been a fan, but lately that is changing.
There is always much confusion on the user side on why we have all these individual apps. Zoho support always gives the same answer which really does not explain anything nor are best practices ever suggested.
NOW, you decide to gut Zoho Campaigns! And at the same time push the release of Marketing Hub version 2 out to 3rd quarter, which we all know is a guestimate at best. At the same time you will not give us users any information on what the version 2 will bring. As far as I am concerned version 1 of MH is pretty much an alpha version because less than 50% of the features work as they should. And at the same time you decide to take functions away from the app that does work, Campaigns.
So please tell me, How is one to proceed creating workflows when we have no idea if MH will be fixed, when it will be released and what it will do?
If you would only read the info from users in this community you would see that we would all prefer one integrated app instead of 3, 4 or more apps which have overlapping functions, which don't always sync with one another. We are not given best practice procedures for using the apps and I guess we are expected to be mind readers on what's next.
You guys are truly missing the mark.
