Can we make Transfer Orders based on Physical Stock?

We are a manufacturing company and prefer to manage stock in "Physical Stock" mode.

But if we don't have enough available quantity in "Accounting Stock", we couldn't make Transfer Orders, right?

Is there any work around with this issue?
