Can we set up routing rules that visitors can be direct to communicate with operators in a private department? No need operators in public department to transfer chats ? coz in our test , it seems that we can not set up certain rules to meet this scenario. we even find operators can not see visitors' website track live if we change departments into status of private , Does anyone help us to deal with this issue?
