I'm new to Survey and run a small appointment based business. For scheduling purposes, I need to send out a survey every month asking each customer if they plan to be missing any upcoming appointments (for vacation, work, etc).  These answers will be identified to the person, not anonymous.

I expect many to pick multiple non-consecutive date (isolated days), or pick a range of dates (say, 1 whole week gone).

Is it possible to pick multiple days with the Calendar question?  If not, is there a workaround of some type? 

Also, is it possible to restrict the range of the calendar choices to just the current month, instead of allowing the drop down box containing many months/years?
