We sell lawn services to our customers from within our Woocommerce Webstore (via Wordpress). The problem is that the customer portal doesn't integrate well with Zoho. Some solutions exist, but we aren't happy with them and want to simply move everything into Zoho if possible. We would like to replace our Wordpress/Woocommerce Store with Zoho Commerce.
Zoho Commerce seems like a solution that could finally bridge-the-gap between our online store and our CRM/FSM. But I have some questions first:
Main Issues With The Switch
1. We show different pricing for different customers. How can we achieve this with Zoho Commerce? Can we ask them to fill out a form before showing the pricing maybe?
example: Our customers give us their physical property address via form, then we show them pricing depending on the actual size of the property. How can we show different pricing for different customers with Zoho Commerce? We would charge a small property $50 per service, but a large property we'd charge $100 per service. Would we build multiple storefronts for this solution?
2. We want a full self service customer portal, where the customers can upgrade/downgrade service, see their service history, billing history, etc. Can we achieve this with Zoho Commerce? I plan on using Zoho Books for billing, Zoho Cliq, and Zoho Creator (I'm building a custom Field Service Management solution for us currently in Creator).
Here's a short video showing our existing solution. Can we get this sort of functionality with Zoho Commerce?
Thanks for your help! It's tough to articulate exactly what we want...Simply put, we want to replace our Woocommerce store with Zoho Commerce. But only if we can show different pricing for different customers.
