The new candidate portal is great.  Really like the feel and look. Should be easier for candidates. 

Observations:

  1.  Why are only 10 mandatory fields allowed
  2. Why are not all the fields an option
  3. Why can I not move the fields around
  4. When a person apply for a position, no more email acknowledgment or directing to landing page
  5. When candidate is editing or updating details, can there be a prompt stating they need to save every page.
  6. Can a button be inserted where we can alert candidate to update profile
  7. One cannot invite a candidate to a job as before. One needs to send an email
  8. When one reject a candidate it does not update on the candidate profile to indicate they have been unsuccesful.
