Candidate Rating Function - useless without being able to search for candidates based on this or make reports for a client

Hello,
the Candidate Rating Function is a very nice feature.
However, in fact, it is almost useless as it is now and requires double entry.

1. it is possible to sort candidates based on their rating only when they are associated to a position - which is a good functionality, so please keep it, it allows us to process higher volumes of candidates, as it helps the selection process and prioritization of approaching the candidates (first we make the selection, rate candidates with respect to the position and then we approach them based on their rating related to the position. Candidates with the highest rating first)

2. we need to sort candidates based on a general candidate rating as well - general rating of a candidate is not the same as rating for a specific position. The candidate can be excellent in general, but with respect to a specific position he/she can be average or even less (too senior, too expensive, not sufficient experience, etc ...). For this we also need to see the candidate general rating in the overview (the list) of candidates, when making the search. This requires a double entry at the moment, filling a field Candidate Rating that we had to create for this purpose a long time ago.

3. we would welcome, if, since we already filled the candidate evaluation, we could also make a report for a client, based on the rating/evaluation. Not only one report per candidate, but an overview (ie Excel sheet) that would include also the evaluation of the candidate. At the moment we have to do this manualy, copy paste, which is a nonsence, since the information is already there and can be integrated in an automated report.  The report should include not only the number of stars, but also the other information included in the rating.

4. double entry is necessary also when adding information concerning personality, skills, etc. - in order to be able to source candidates in the database and see the information quickly, in the search results, we have to enter the same information, that we entered into the rating, to fields as well
