Candidate Report/presentation for a Client - Customizable, from fields in Zoho

Hello,
it would be great if there was a possibility of creating a Candiddate Report/presentation for a Client from fields in Zoho.
It should be fully customizable, since users submit different information to the client.
It would help a lot. At the moment we have to:
1. fill in the fields in Zoho (to keep the information)
2. make a separate report for a client with the same information
3. save the document for future use

This results into a fact that consultants fill just a minimum of information to fields in Zoho, there are always fights about fields not filled (+ they complain about the extra work and extra time requirements that hinder them from finding caniddates. and they are right, unfortunately).

It is not needed that the report had a nice grafical layout. Simple Excel export would be OK, since we have our own designs that fit our candidate reports. Sometime we include it in the body of the email, sometime we create a separte document, depending on a kind of search and assignment.
