Cannot create new user account due to AS101 internal error

Hello,
I am trying to create a user account mfolkes@theaoks.gq. For some reason, whenever I try to create the account, I get an error message saying: AS101: Internal error occurred. If you guys could please help me out ASAP, it would really be appreciated. Thanks!
