Cannot delete folder from docs trash

Cannot delete folder from docs trash

I had deleted a shared folder and can see it is in the trash
When I try to delete it from trash, a popup comes 'deleting' but nothing happens
This is a big folder and I'm stuck out of space till this folder gets deleted!
