Cannot paste consistently

Cannot paste consistently

When authoring and editing articles in Zoho Learn, I often find that I am unable to paste content. Some days, Zoho will let me paste a few times using keyboard shortcuts (Ctrl-V), but then will randomly stop allowing this function. 
I have also tried right clicking and using the on-screen controls, but "Paste" is not among those options (I can Cut and Copy, but what is the point if I can't Paste??). 

I can work around this when dealing with images by saving ALL the pictures I need to use and inserting the files (though copy/pasting them would be much easier, faster, and not use up disk space), but sometimes when I want to move text within an article, the inability to paste makes this practically impossible (I have to manually re-type all of the desired text).

This is drastically reduces my productivity (and is highly irritating). Is there anything to be done to fix this issue??
