Cannot Setup Unattended Access
I am brand new to Zoho Assist and it is not starting off well. Every time I try to set up unattended access I get:

It doesn't matter what name I put in or what computer I try to set it up on I get the same problem. This is a critical feature for me, please help.

Unattended Access (Beta) is live! Unattended Access, a feature requested by a lot of our customers is live now. Currently, it's in beta. You can add up to 100 computers per Technician subscription. They can also be accessed by your organization members. My Computers list in Zoho Assist home page will always display the online status of your unattended computers.
