Can't import Google Keep into Notebook

I'm, trying to import Google Keep notes ("Migrate from Google Keep") into Notebook. I followed the steps to export with Takeout, and uploading the .zip file. But after a few minutes, the import fails with the error "The previous upload operation has failed due to an error. Please upload the file again." Any idea on how to fix this. I tried in Chrome for Windows, Firefox for Windows, Chrome for Linux, and Firefox for Linux. The file is 292MB in size, well under the 500GB limit.
