Can't login to mobile app

I set up an email on my own domain. I can receive and send emails in the web interface and everything seems to be working as it should.

However, I can't log into the Zoho Mail mobile app on both my phone and tablet. When I enter my login information, I get the message "Redirecting to Application... Please click Continue if you're not automatically redirected." But even if I click on the Continue link, nothing happens.

Could this be related to the fact that I can't verify my account? When I click on the "Verify Account" button in the email I received, I get an error "An error occurred. An error occurred while processing your request. Please try again later." I've been trying for two days.

Could somebody help me, please?
