Can't see shared calendars
Hello,
My colleague has shared several calendars with our team and I am the only one who cannot see them. Besides, she has noticed that my profile picture is white, like other non-registered addresses she has shared the calendars with. She cannot see my actual picture.
However, I have tried sharing my calendar with a personal account (both ways) and it worked, no problems there. The issue is just with my colleague's calendars.
How can we fix this? I need to be able to see and edit the calendars.
I have been registered in Zoho for more than a year (I used to use notebook). My colleagues have just created their accounts. Does this make any difference?
