Is there a way to change the "Candidate Origin" field info?

I recently gave access to a couple of vendors who provide candidates for me on the daily basis. Before this, they used to send the candidates via email, and I uploaded them to the system. 

They are uploading new candidates on their own (yey!) but they also want to see their previous candidates. 

Is there a way I can show them this info?
