Changing Billing Currency

Hi, I'm currently administering a Zoho Workplace account and it seems that when I signed up it was through the US system and I'm being charged in US dollars.

I did call support and was told that to receive invoices in £s then I would need to terminate the existing account and re-open as a new account on the EU servers.

I have a couple of questions and would welcome any input.

1) Is there any issue for a UK organisation to continue to receive invoices from Zoho in US dollars? Maybe claiming back VAT might be an issue? Anything else?

2) If I were to delete the organisation and register on the EU servers what would happen to the existing emails? Zoho has been hosting our emails for a while so there's quite a history that we cannot lose.
