Changing display format

I have just started with this calendar and I have some specific format in mind.I am trying to set up sa calendar showing the names of the two people who have volunteered to man a Visitor Centre.

1. I want to display a week at a time
2. I want to have a  box foe each day where I can show such general information as "Easter day", "AGM at 7.30hrs" etc
3. I want to have two events each day, Morning Session (9am to 1pm) and Afternoon Session ( and 2pm to 4.30pm)
4  I want to display the two names of the people manning the VC for each session
5. I want to print off the calendar a month at a time with each event showing the two names in full. If I cannot get a full month on a page I would like to get as many days as possible on a page - see below

The first three are simple enough but id the prin function good enough to allow me to specifically format the page to meet my requirements?

I would like each day to be on one or two lines and the information shown should be enclosed in four boxes
Left hand box holds full date
Second box holds the general information for the day
Third box holds the two names for the morning session
Fourth box hold the two names for the afternoon session.

This may be a very simple request but please bear in mind that I only first saw this wensite this morning.

I have tried Google calendar but this fails miserably when it comes to printing out the information as I require it to be printed.
