Changing from Docs to Workplace
Hi-
We have a Zoho Docs subscription but need to change it to a Workplace subscription for additional email storage. I am trying to subscribe to the Workplace feature but get an error that I have to downgrade my Docs subscription in order to do so. The issue is tht we have greater than 8bg of files which is greater than the free version. Does anyone have an idea how to accomplish this?
If I downgrade and then immediately subscribe to Workplace are my documents still safe or is there a way to upgrade mail storage while having a Docs subscription at the same time??
