[Channel Integration] Unable to sync with External Service
The issue is when agent want to "post reply" into the ticket, the message seems not processed correctly as you can see on these screenshot:
Meanwhile, my channel.sync.push & channel.sync.pull is already created and setup and accepting POST request
Can anyone help or does anyone facing the same issue? Also why the ticket created from channel integration is treated as email thread? is there any way to treat it as chat thread? Any help would be appreciate. Thanks
