Chart - line graph - clipping of labels; lack of control over x axis labels

I seem to be unable to attach my Zoho Sheet document through the Zoho Docs tab.  No documents show up.  (I'm unsure whether a Zoho Sheet falls within the category Zoho Docs.)

The Sheet I'm having difficulty with can be viewed at https://public.sheet.zoho.com/publish/graham101ia/graham-s-absp-rating.

Two things which are not ideal are:

1) clipping of one of the Data Labels (labels attached to points on the line graph) at the top edge of the Chart.  This happens whether or not a Chart Title is present.  Dragging the top edge stretches the image, instead of making more room.

2) peculiar presentation of X axis labels and lack of control over how they appear.

If I remove the apostrophe before 2003 in the column of data used for the labelling the X axis, I get far fewer years shown along the X axis and get years presented as decimal numbers.  I have not succeeded in fixing this by formatting the data as text or by accepting numeric formatting but reducing the number of decimal places.

The apostrophe does the job for the moment but it is a pity it is needed.

I haven't found any help files for Zoho Sheet.

I haven't found a way to rotate the X axis labels by 90 degrees clockwise, so that more labels on the X axis fit in the available space.

Ideally, I would want to be able to include data for dates at irregular intervals - not just year ends - without distorting the picture the graph presents of performance over time.  Thus I don't want periods for which there are more figures than usual to occupy a disproportionate amount of space on the X axis.  I appreciate that this may be complex to implement.  One approach might be to have 2 sets of X axis labels: one showing a day count (since start of records) and the other showing year (and possibly month) boundaries (though, for that, the chart would have to be much bigger).
