Chats getting Missed, even though app is on and ready!!!
I have been testing the system before rolling out to my team. So right now, I am the ONLY user. When im logged in on the app, it shows ready on the website. So I can't understand why I am consistently missing chats that never ping the app on my phone. I wouldn't even know that i missed any, except every time I look at the system from my computer, I see chats missed. Being the only user that can pickup chats, they should be going to my phone, but are somehow not. What can i do to make sure this doesn't happen? I do not want to roll this out to a group, and then lose business.
When it works, it works great. But I cannot afford to miss chats when clearly i'm available.
