We have noticed that in Zoho People, there doesn't seem to be any Notes or Check-In section which is really beneficial for when you want to make notes about staff and document or log conversations you've had that would be important for referencing and history.
Can a feature for a check-in or notes section please be added that could also include the date/time the check-in or note was logged? It would ideally be a separate section like the KRA vs Goals section so you could easily navigate to it if you needed to check on history of employee check-ins/notes.
