Is it possible to match a checkbox input to a attachment in a mail?

For example. I have three different PDF Files (A,B and C). If someone fills in a form and checks the boxes A and C an automatic mail will be send to the e-mail of the person who has requested those files. Those PDF files (A and C) will be attached to the automatic mail that is send.

If the person fills in a different combination in the checkboxes for example B and C, the same mail (same text) will be send except the PDF files B and C will be attached.
