We use a zoho calendar for our shop rota

When staff leave, or a shift is changed I clear them from the group calendar, however on viewing it from a staff members account am alarmed to see shifts still in there on their view, causing huge confusion. Why is their view not the same as mine of the calendar and a ‘clean’version and how can I rectify this
